Copyright, Privacy & Abuse Reports

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or the appropriate authorities first. Aura cannot respond to emergencies.

During the Aura beta, copyright, privacy and abuse reports are handled by email. Contact support@auralivenow.com and include the details listed below. This page is a contact and instructions page — it is not an automated legal process, and Aura does not promise response times or automatic removal of content.

Reports can cover, for example:

• Copyright concern
• Impersonation
• Privacy violation
• Harassment or threats
• Sexual exploitation or non-consensual content
• Serious safety concern
• Other abuse

You can also use the in-app report control on a stream, chat message or profile for guideline violations — those reports reach the Aura safety team directly.

Where relevant, please include:

• Your name and a contact email address.
• The Aura username or profile involved.
• A URL or stream/profile reference, if available.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Screenshots or other evidence, if available.

For a copyright concern, please also identify the original work you believe has been used without permission and the Aura content you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to locate both.

If you believe your own content was removed or restricted in error, you may reply to the same address with your explanation and any supporting information.

Aura reviews reports sent to the support address and may take action under the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Actions can include content restriction or account enforcement where appropriate. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
