Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Aura Live Now website, apps and services ("Aura"). By creating an account or using Aura, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Aura.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Aura. Aura is an 18+ community, but it is not an adult-content platform. Nudity and sexually explicit content are prohibited under the Community Guidelines.

• Aura is one account per person.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity under your account.
• You may not use another account to evade a suspension, creator block or other restriction.
• Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must follow the Community Guidelines whenever you use Aura. Among other things, they prohibit unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, dangerous, fraudulent, infringing, sexually explicit or nude content; harassment; sexual exploitation; privacy violations; spam; system manipulation; and ban evasion.

Creators may set additional room rules, but those rules cannot override Aura's Community Guidelines. You are responsible for your conduct and for the content you upload, post, message or broadcast.

You retain ownership of the content you create or share on Aura. You give Aura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store when necessary for service operation, transmit, display, and reproduce your content only as technically necessary to operate, provide, secure, moderate, and maintain Aura. This license does not allow Aura to use your content in advertising or external marketing without your separate permission.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, display or broadcast your content, and your content must not violate another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

Livestreams and chat are shared with other users. Aura cannot technically guarantee that another user will never record, screenshot, copy, or capture content. Unauthorized recording, copying, or capturing of content may violate the Community Guidelines and may result in enforcement action. Use Aura's available audience, blocking, muting and reporting controls with that limitation in mind.

Streaming as a creator requires an application and Aura approval. Approval is not guaranteed and may be reviewed, restricted or withdrawn when needed for safety, policy compliance or platform operations. Approval as a creator does not create employment, agency or partnership with Aura.

Aura may review reports, livestreams, chat messages and other relevant activity for safety and policy enforcement. Depending on severity, context, history and risk, Aura may warn or restrict an account, remove content, end a livestream, suspend access or permanently ban an account. Serious violations may result in immediate action.

Creators and their Moderators may manage their own rooms using the tools Aura provides. A room-level action is not necessarily a platform-wide decision. Moderation cannot identify or prevent every violation, and users should report safety concerns they encounter.

Aura and its licensors own the service's software, design, branding, logos and other platform materials, except for user content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. You may use the service only as Aura makes it available and must not misuse, copy or interfere with the platform or its systems.

Aura is in beta and continues to develop. Features may be added, changed, paused or removed. We do not guarantee that Aura will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may limit or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, safety or operational reasons.

Real-money gifts, coins, creator payouts, subscriptions and wallet transactions are not live and are not covered by these Terms.

We may update these Terms as Aura changes. We will update the date shown above and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use Aura after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms apply to your continued use.
