This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Live Now ("Aura," "we," "us," or "our") may process information when you use our website and livestreaming community. Aura is currently in beta and is available only to people who are at least 18 years old.

Depending on how you use Aura, this may include:

• Account and authentication information, including your email address and account identifiers.
• Your username, display name, age or 18+ eligibility information, country and other profile details.
• Profile photos, gallery photos and information you choose to add to your profile.
• Creator application details, including your content category, short bio and application status.
• Livestream video and audio, live chat messages and related room activity.
• Follows and follower relationships.
• Moderation and safety information, including warnings, restrictions, reports and blocks.
• Messages and information you send when requesting support or contacting us.
• Device, browser, network, log and technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot Aura.

We may use this information to:

• Provide accounts, authentication, profiles and account features.
• Enable livestreaming, viewing, live chat and follows.
• Review creator applications and operate creator access.
• Moderate content, respond to reports, prevent abuse and protect platform integrity.
• Troubleshoot problems and operate, maintain and improve the service.
• Respond to support requests and other communications.

Information you make public, such as a username, display name, profile details, profile media, livestream or live chat message, may be visible to other Aura users as the feature indicates.

We may provide information to technology providers that help operate Aura. These currently include Supabase for database and authentication services, LiveKit for livestream infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and Lovable for website, application hosting and development infrastructure. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to address safety, abuse, fraud, legal requests, or the rights and security of Aura, our users or others.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and operational, safety, or legal needs. We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Aura provides controls for certain profile and privacy settings. A dedicated account-deletion workflow is not currently available. For account, deletion or privacy assistance, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this policy as Aura changes. We will update the date shown above when we make changes and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
